Leland Chamlin Promoted to Partner at Construct

We're pleased to share that Leland Chamlin has been promoted to Partner at Construct.

Since founding Construct in 2020, we've remained focused on backing ambitious founders transforming Foundational Industries. As the firm has grown, so has the importance of having experienced operators who understand the challenges of building in these sectors. Leland has been an important part of that work, and we're excited to welcome him into the partnership.

Having spent his career building and scaling manufacturing and supply chain companies, Leland brings firsthand experience and a practical understanding of what founders face. He gets into the details, asks the hard questions and rolls up his sleeves to help companies navigate their toughest challenges. It's an approach that has earned him the trust of founders and teammates alike.

At Construct, we talk a lot about earning the right to be a founder’s first call. Leland has done exactly that through his work with more than half a dozen portfolio founders, including those at Podium Automation and BackOps. He’s also consistently led strong investments in new founders  – the exact kind we love partnering with at Construct.

Congratulations, Leland! We're proud to have you helping shape Construct's future and look forward to everything ahead.
